Daft Punk - Alive 1997
Finally a live electronic album, like Deep Purple’s Live in Tokyo but electronic music, and finally I'm in the 21st century.
This was actually part of the same tour I saw at the Showbox in Seattle I think in or around 1997.
I remember getting so blown away by these two French Gentlemen and their Fantastic Light Show that my companions for the evening - Mr. Simon Hinkler (The Mission) and his amazing wife Deb - thought I had gone quite out of my mind.
And this latest release brings it all back as I type this (and check out the following REALLY high score).
